We believe you deserve honest pricing information before you ever pick up the phone. These are real NH and MA market ranges — not lowball bait numbers, not inflated anchors. What you see here is what serious buyers actually pay.
Ranges reflect actual installed cost in Central & Southern NH and Northern/Eastern MA — including excavation, equipment, and startup.
No bait-and-switch. The number on your quote will be in range with what you see here, or we'll tell you exactly why it's different.
Site visits are free. We'd rather come look at your yard than give you a number over the phone that doesn't hold up.
Patio and coping pricing from American Landscape Construction is separate — we'll coordinate a combined quote on request.
All prices below are for the pool and installation only. Patio, coping, fencing, landscaping, and electrical permit fees are separate. We'll walk you through the full project cost on your quote.
All prices are ranges based on typical NH and MA installs and are subject to site conditions, pool size, selected features, and current material costs. The only way to get an accurate number is a free site visit and quote — which we're happy to do.
Two pools of the same type can have very different price tags. Here's what drives the difference in NH and MA.
Granite ledge is common in NH. If we hit it during excavation, blasting or extra removal adds cost. We assess this upfront so there are no surprises mid-project.
Larger pools, deeper pools, and pools with multiple depth zones require more excavation, more material, and larger equipment. A 12x24 and a 20x40 are very different projects.
Variable speed pumps, heat pumps, automation systems, LED lighting, and salt systems all add cost — but also add value and reduce long-term operating expenses.
Waterfalls, fountains, deck jets, and spillovers add beauty and complexity. Each feature requires additional plumbing and pump capacity.
Equipment needs to get into your yard. Tight access, steep slopes, or long distances from the street add time and equipment cost to the excavation phase.
The pool price doesn't include the surround. Coping and patio through American Landscape Construction are quoted separately — but we coordinate both so you get one cohesive project.
Town permits are required for all inground pools in NH and MA. Fees vary by town. We pull the permits and handle the inspections — that cost is included in your quote.
Spring bookings fill fastest. Starting your project in fall or scheduling well in advance can sometimes create flexibility. Call us to discuss your timeline.
We get asked why pool costs in New England run higher than what people see quoted online from warmer-climate states. The answer is simple: our conditions are harder. Frost lines, ledge, freeze-thaw ground movement, short seasons, and strict local permitting all add legitimate cost to every project. We don't inflate prices — we build for the climate you actually live in.
Frost depth: NH frost lines go 4–5 feet deep. All plumbing must be below frost or fully drainable. This is non-negotiable.
Granite ledge: Common throughout Central and Southern NH. We assess before we dig, so you know upfront.
Town permitting: NH towns take pool permits seriously. We handle the process start to finish.
Short season: NH swim season runs June–September. We maximize every available installation week to hit your target opening.
